Umaruify is a browser extension that displays an animated Umaru-chan character overlay that reacts to your keyboard and mouse. Your privacy is important to us.

Umaruify does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

Browsing history or website content
Keystroke logs or typing patterns
Mouse movement history
Location data
Any other user data

Local Storage

The extension stores only a single preference locally on your device:

Whether the overlay is enabled or disabled

This data never leaves your browser and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Keyboard & Mouse Input

The extension responds to keyboard and mouse events in real-time to animate the character. These inputs are processed locally and instantly discarded. Nothing is recorded, logged, or transmitted.

Third Parties

We do not share, sell, or transfer any data to third parties because we do not collect any data in the first place.
